    Thank you for shopping at Norma Jean Designs. If you are not satisfied with
    your purchase we're here to help, simply contact us
    atsupport@normajeandesigns.com or via the contact us page to start the return
    or exchange process.

    RETURNS: Returns must be received within 30 days of
    purchase in original packaging.  If your product was received damaged, or
    if you received an incorrect item, we're happy to send you a pre-paid return
    label, otherwise customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Returned
    items must be the same item that was purchases and all items returned must be
    whole (i.e.: if a set of fifteen push pins was sent, fifteen push pins need to
    be returned for a full refund.)

    EXCHANGES: Exchanges must be received within 30 days of
    purchase in original packaging.  If your product was received damaged, or
    if you received an incorrect item, we're happy to send you a pre-paid return
    label and exchange your item, otherwise customers are responsible for exchange
    shipping fees.

    WARRANTY: If after the thirty days of purchase, you
    encounter an issue with your item please contact us at
    support@normajeandesign.com or via the contact page.  All of our items
    have a 1-year warranty and we're happy to resolve your issue and get you a
    replacement product. 

    LOST PACKAGES: Should your package become lost during
    transit please contact us at support@normajeandesigns.com or via the contact
    page. We will do our best to locate your package and ensure that it is
    delivered to you. In the event that your package is lost or cannot be delivered
    to you we will send a replacement package. 

    INCORRECT ADDRESSES: We ship to the address that is given
    to us at the time of checkout. If this address is incorrect and your package
    cannot be redirected, we do not offer refunds or replacements. If the
    package is returned to us as undeliverable we would refund you or resend the
    package. Please ensure that the address that you choose as your shipping
    address is correct, we are not responsible for lost packages as a result
    of incorrect shipping addresses.
